Abstract
Rhabdomyosarcoma is the most common soft-tissue sarcoma of childhood. Approximately 14% of children with rhabdomyosarcoma have metastatic disease at the time of initial diagnosis and a 5-year survival is estimated only in 20% patients. Most common metastatic site is lung and bone marrow. Metastasis to the breast is extremely rare. We report imaging findings of rhadomyosarcoma of the breast in 14-year-old girl.
